Plainview Manor and Whispering Pines Assisted Living is owned by City of Plainview. Board of Directors are appointed by the Mayor and City Council. Board Meeting are held the last Wednesday of each month.

PLAINVIEW MANOR & WHISPERING PINES FOUNDATION:
The Foundation exists for one pupose: To enhance the lives of the elderly residing at Plainview Manor and Whispering Pines Assisted Living by raising funds that are used towards the purchase of resident oriented needs within the facility. The Foundation welcomes any new members wishing to join. Meetings are held August-May.
